Nexusデバイス向けAndroid 4.4.3のファクトリーイメージが公開されています。
公開されているのはNexus 5、Nexus 7(2013)(WiFi)、Nexus 4、Nexus 10、Nexus 7(WiFi)、Nexus 7(3G)向けで、なぜかNexus 7(2013)(LTE)についてはまだ公開されていません。
変更内容は不明ですが、以前にAndroid Policeで伝えられていたのは下記になります。

4.4.2ってこんなに不具合あったかなぁ？という気がしますが、きっとあったのでしょう。
なお、OTAでのアップデートはまだ開始されていないようです。
